UZ For b is a gas giant orbiting UZ For, a yellow, Sun-like star 781 light-years from Earth. It is about 1.1 times the size of Jupiter (its size estimated from its mass) and holds 6.3 Jupiter masses. It completes an orbit every 16 years at 5.9 AU from its star.
At its size it almost certainly keeps a deep envelope of hydrogen and helium.
It was discovered in 2011 by timing variations with Multiple Observatories. Pulsar, eclipse or transit timings drift as an unseen companion tugs on them. UZ For has 2 known planets; the others are UZ For c.
