About this world

TOI-5624 f is a sub-Neptune orbiting TOI-5624, a yellow, Sun-like star 332 light-years from Earth. It is about 3.7 times the size of Earth (its size estimated from its mass), with at least 13 Earth masses (a minimum, measured by radial velocity). It completes an orbit every 45.4 days at 0.24 AU from its star, closer than Mercury is to the Sun.

Its equilibrium temperature is about 479 K (205 °C): far too hot for liquid water on its surface. At its size it almost certainly keeps a deep envelope of hydrogen and helium.

It was discovered in 2026 by timing variations with Multiple Observatories. Pulsar, eclipse or transit timings drift as an unseen companion tugs on them. TOI-5624 has 5 known planets; the others are TOI-5624 b, TOI-5624 c, TOI-5624 d and TOI-5624 e.
