About this world

PSR B0329+54 b is an Earth-sized planet orbiting PSR B0329+54, a star 1.65 thousand light-years from Earth. It is about 1.2 times the size of Earth (its size estimated from its mass), with at least 2 Earth masses (a minimum, measured by radial velocity). It completes an orbit every 27.8 years at 10 AU from its star, on a strongly elongated orbit (e = 0.24).

It was discovered in 2017 by timing variations with Multiple Facilities. Pulsar, eclipse or transit timings drift as an unseen companion tugs on them.
